Because The House of Volley is exclusively focused on training volleyball players, all of the workouts are volleyball-specific training.

Each session is a full body lift that is programmed to develop the complete and overall athlete. Starting with our Activation Phase, athletes warm up by targeting different components of our training series: ankle + hip mobility, range of motion, agility (footwork) and plyometrics. They then move into the Strength Phase, that consists of 4 power supersets: 2 lower body and 2 upper body. Although the focus of each workout is infused with jump training, athletes can expect to increase their agility and upper body strength after each training.

(We recommend athletes are lifting at least 2x a week to maximize results)
